Use:  Traditionally, to cleanse a space using frankincense, you will burn the resin over a charcoal disk that has been placed inside an incense burner.  Light the charcoal disc and place it on your burner.  Wait about 10 minutes or wait until the disc turns grey before placing your frankincense on the disc.
